Inside Sales Manager
US privately held Tech company, relatively “young” software player regarded as a leader in its field. More than 3,300 enterprises, governments + other organizations worldwide use their software, support, training and certifications, + professional services to integrate open source software into their existing data infrastructures.
Currently looking to hire an experienced Inside Sales Manager to manage a 4 to 6 man Inside Sales team.
This is a brand-new role reporting into a very supportive, friendly EMEA Sales Director
Role will be based at their UK offices in Bracknell, Berks.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience + track record managing a high performance, high-velocity inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager should come to the table with exp. selling infrastructure technology solutions (SaaS/Subscriptions in the $20k-$100k+/year range).
- Manage the team to success, including hiring, role onboarding/training, compensation, day-to-day tactical coaching and mentoring, etc. Maintain high visibility with the team and be able to jump in to provide feedback and direction on a daily basis Work closely with Marketing to ensure lead follow-up, define process and expectations, and help drive the success of campaigns Ensure that the Inside Sales team understands the service value and is able to use a repeatable process to acquire new prospects and to manage sales opportunities. Use Salesforce.com and other reporting tools to manage and measure sales activity, conversion rates + sales forecasting. Monitor and manage metrics including call/email activity, conversion rates, sales pipeline, individual quota performance, etc. Instil and maintain a thriving, successful culture that is based on accountability, competitive mindset, continuous learning and improvement plus teamwork/collaboration.
- Degree level education preferable Minimum of 3-5 years exp managing Inside Sales teams. Experience designing, documenting, and enforcing inside sales process, including training, prospecting, metrics and reporting Strong knowledge of Cloud/SaaS solutions + infrastructure software ·Metrics oriented mindset Track record of rapidly scaling inside sales revenue and deal volume in an expansion stage technology company Hard-working, self-driven, competitive, organized, a strong mentor/coach, and a team player
In return for you will receive a base salary of up to £50,000 (dep on exp)/£100k OTE + corporate Benefits package.
