An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary within our Conveyancing department and for this role previous experience is essential.

About the Role
Your key duties will include:-
Audio & Copy Typing
Providing quotes to prospective clients
Opening files and proceeding with the initial stages of conveyancing transactions
Land Registry Direct system application forms
Post-exchange searches (eg bankruptcy and Land Registry searches)
Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax forms (both on-line and paper)
Post-completion procedures
Answering the telephone
Dealing with Clients face to face
File Opening / File Closure
Using our Document Management System Osprey
Participating in team meetings
You will become part of our wider Admin Team and will take part on the Admin Team rota the hours for which are 8:30am 5:00pm, 9:00am 5:30pm and 9:30am 6:00pm.
