About You You will be a newly or recently qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA) who is keen to secure a role which will truly interact with the business and add value. Previous project accounting experience would be valuable but more importantly you should have a varied background and be results driven to succeed is a rapidly growing business. About The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will focus on revenue accounting tasks to ensure the company’s three legal entities in UK, Singapore and US remain financially compliant. You will be working within a small yet dynamic finance team. The team is reviewing its financial processes and the role will require flexibility to accommodate these changes whilst getting involved in interesting systems and process change projects. Liaising with project managers, calculate monthly project revenue following project accounting principles. Working with the financial accountant, ensure that costs associated with projects are in line with the revenue recognised. On a monthly basis, review amounts held on the balance sheet to ensure they are in line with the status of the individual projects. Working with FP&A team to explain variances to forecast on a project by project basis. Identify and recognise other deferred revenue. Review amounts held on the balance sheet to ensure all relevant tranasactions have been recognised. Transfer pricing calculations Working with other members of both the financial accounting and management accounting teams, establish processes that ensure comprehensive analysis of project costs within the financial records.
