This is an exciting opportunity for an admin assistant to work alongside the Service Manager, in a well-established privately owned company, and is looking to be part of a focused team, providing excellent customer service. A well-established company with 40 years trading Main business is generated through large to small facilities companies (CBRE, Integral, Imtech-Inviron, Skanska, Team Q, Engie) working on some large blue chip companies sites including BFI, Ascot Racecourse, The Gherkin, V&A Museum and The Shard. The Role Dedicated admin support for specific customers and carrying out the following for those customers/sites: First point of contact Producing F-GAS folders Emailing daily job report sheets to the customers Creating maintenance Risk Assessments Method Statements & emailing to relevant customer Logging callouts Acknowledging purchase orders, upgrading quotes, ordering parts and preparing paperwork Occasionally setting up maintenance contracts Chasing purchase orders for works completed Obtaining quote numbers and attaching relevant documents Return of faulty parts Sending copies of invoices & report sheets which are regularly requested Completing & emailing waste transfer notes to our customers Any adhoc service duties Office Angels is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
