Then look no further As CRM Assistant you will be a key member of a growing marketing team and help with the delivery of all retention activities for Book People, including email and catalogue marketing, as well as working with various other ecommerce teams to deliver exciting and innovative marketing campaigns. The role: · Email marketing – build email campaigns and life-cycle programmes, assist with audience data segmentation and implement best-practice personalisation strategies and technology. · Catalogue marketing – assist with monthly catalogue campaign planning and testing strategies for the Book People mailing calendar. · Campaign management – have a key role in marketing campaigns, where you will help coordinate activities, contribute to campaign ideas, and ensure all deadlines are met. · Reporting – using Google Analytics, you will report on key marketing activities and provide weekly email performance, testing insights and catalogue results to the wider team. · Teamwork – work together with the rest of the marketing department, including our social media team, customer acquisition teams and search marketing team to deliver multi-channel campaigns and gain knowledge of other areas of digital marketing. Benefits: · 25 days holiday plus public Bank Holidays · Competitive staff discount The ideal candidate will be: · Degree educated in a business-related function (e.g. business, marketing or advertising) or experience in a similar function · A team player with the ability to work easily with different departments · A multi-tasker and confident in fast-paced environments · Excellent attention to detail and confident reporting on large amounts of data · Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and Google Analytics preferred Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
