Overview Own the development of the annual operating plan for Energy products and continually maintain an accurate outturn forecast including identification of opportunities and initiatives in order to support decision making within the agreed UK Home governance model Contribute to the development of the UK Home Sales Strategy as a member of the UK Home Sales Leadership Team. The Role Lead development of grounded commercial plans based on UK Home customer and product strategy, working closely with Head of Energy in CP&P, and Insight Prepare dashboard showing weekly performance against agreed targets (covering acquisition and retention), including driver analysis (e.g. lead rate, conversion rate) by channel Refresh forecasts of commercial performance vs. plan to give weekly view of month/quarter/annual outturn, covering acquisition and retention, by channel; use these to influence strategic interventions both in channels and product development Support preparation for Channel Performance Meeting and BPM; identifying opportunities to optimise performance and course correct Within all aspects of the role put the Customer at the heart of decision making The Person TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES A proven ability to forecast over a range of timeframes within a channel matrix Strong analytical skills with ability to model detailed outcomes A proven communicator who is able to translate analytical output into options and initiatives for senior management decision making A proven ability to lead others An ability to manage performance of teams within a complex matrix structure whilst maintaining collaborative professional relationships EXPERIENCE A proven track record in a complex matrix environment within a customer contract industry (Financial Services, Energy, Telecoms etc) A track record of developing others Demonstrable experience in a numerical function preferably related to strategy, financial or sales planning An appreciation of the customer needs and regulatory framework related to Energy An understanding of the industry processes related to energy sales and losses Competitive salary and benefits PLEASE APPLY ONLINE by hitting the 'Apply' button.
