New opportunity not to be missed Our client has an exciting opportunity for a field-based Key Account Manager (South-East England) to join their motivated regional field sales team within the independent sector throughout the areas of Redhill, Reading, Portsmouth, Brighton, Bromley, Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells and Sutton . Joining on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a salary of £25,000 - OTE £37,000 plus company car. Our client has been providing the ‘out of home’ market with quality coffee and related products in the UK since 1991, and they have built a reputation based on fair prices, quality products and unbeatable service. The Key Account Manager Role: The focus of this role is to actively look at new business acquisitions whilst also managing and developing existing independent accounts. They offer a range of cutting edge coffee machines that can provide a delicious range of specialty coffees at the touch of a button. Their premium quality coffee and associated products available for independent businesses including offices, restaurants, cafes, leisure centres etc. Skills and experience required by the Key Account Manager: - Strong new business development skills - Excellent account management experience - A field sales and journey planning background is essential - Ability to develop networks - A food and beverage background is beneficial - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Results and target driven - Business acumen - Effective communicator at all levels - Ability to plan and prioritise - Competent with Microsoft Office Suite - A knowledge of the coffee and/or foodservice industry would be advantageous. The Package: Our client offers their field-based Key Account Managers a basic salary of £25,000 with an additional £12,000 OTE. Benefits include a company car, contributory pension scheme and annual holiday starting at 23 days, plus public holidays.
