HR Adviser Salary - Competitive Staines 35 hours per week An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Adviser to join the HR Business Partnering team based in Staines. As an experienced HR Adviser you will be responsible for a designated business area where your responsibilities will include providing advice and support to line managers and staff to ensure that HR processes are implemented consistently and performance is maximized. You will be joining a high performing team which is well respected by the business. This is a varied role which encompasses a full generalist remit, including acting as first point of contact for all HR issues, arranging and facilitating mediation, working closely with HR Business Partners to manage changes such as re-organisations, TUPE transfers and attending consultation meetings and preparing relevant documentation. To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate the following: CIPD Qualified or studying towards membership Current knowledge of employment legislation and proven experience of advising and supporting management with ER issues An understanding of conducting consultation processes associated with re-organizations and/or TUPE transfers Excellent stakeholder engagement skill A car driver as you will be required to travel to various sites Have the ability to work independently, while contributing to the wider HR work programme.
