Your new role My client is looking for a PGT Artwork Planner Associate III to join their growing and busy team. if you have experience in artwork origination, artwork packaging and knowledge of pharmaceutical branded packaging artwork, then this role is for you What you'll need to succeed Identify artwork requirements & co-ordinate data collection to enable artwork generation. PGT Artwork contact for artwork requests and queries. Plan & prioritise with other Artwork Planners to ensure that artworks meet submission/launch dates. Create design brief to enable the creation of the component artwork right first time. Ensure artworks are created in-line with design brief and guidelines (colours, livery style, font types, text, local regulatory / country requirements, technical drawings, barcodes, item codes Etc.) Ensure artworks conform to the information provided, livery style, agreed standards of quality, and that the draft artwork is circulated for approval by the appropriate signatories. Have departmental sign off responsibilities for the approval of draft artworks and for the approval of the Printers Proofs. Ensure all approvals are captured & documented. Track the progress of the artworks through the different stages of the process. Provide accurate information about the status of the artworks. Take corrective action when required. If necessary escalate issues to the Senior Manager. Attend project meetings as required to facilitate the artwork process. Arrange artwork kick off meetings for artwork initiatives as and when required. Where appropriate provide training to other colleagues within the department. (including new starters) Provide cover for absent colleagues. Ensure database and spreadsheets are updated in a timely manner. Ensure all processes & SOP's are adhered to & are maintained. Look for continuous improvement opportunities within the department with the view of improving customer service & instances of right first time.
