A leading US Hedge Fund is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their European Headquarters in London. You will provide effective support in a dynamic and fastpaced atmosphere. Having a truly global strategy, you will be involved with supporting many international locations.
In this handson role, you will be able to utilise your autonomous skills with the security of a strong team backing.
As the Desktop Support Analyst you will manage enduser calls, document their problems and the resolutions, act as a point of escalation for deeperrooted issues and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to improving technological procedures and processes.
Specifically, you will be working within a Windows environment and be troubleshooting productivity suits, market data applications, mobile computing, virtual desktop applications and networking solutions.

Key Skills:
Knowledge of Windows (Linux/UNIX are advantageous)
Experience of providing Desktop Support
Experience of supporting Citrix Infrastructure, Applications and Desktop
Understanding of mobile technology (Good for Dynamics, BES212, Android and iOS devices)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Previous experience working within a Financial Institution would be advantageous, especially direct experience supporting a trade floor. Power Shell scripting would also be useful.
