This is an exciting new opportunity to join our senior management team as a Programme Manager. You will be mainly home based but will visit our offices in Bracknell, London, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.

You will be one of our faces of compliance, meeting with internal clients, stakeholders of our company and potential new clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

* Project oversight to include client project scope agreement, kick off meetings, client reporting and meetings.
* Attend client site meetings to agree project parameters
* Act on behalf of compliance as M&E asset expert with both clients and internal stakeholders
* Develop and deliver training programmes to clients in the effective use and management of the Direct audits system

The ideal Candidate will have:

* Technical M&E asset background with experience and applicable qualifications
* Project management skills
* Negotiation skills a necessity in order to maintain good project outcomes for both clients and compliance
