My client based near Shoreham are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and hardworking team.

This is an excellent company to work for, and a great time to join as they are going from strength to strength and are market leaders in their field.

Key duties:

  • Posting sales receipts and invoices onto Sage
  • Batch uploading sales invoices and receipts onto Sage
  • Reconciling all company bank accounts

Person specification:

  • Experience in Bank reconciliations and general cashbook maintenance
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel

The right person must also have excellent communication skills and god attention to detail. If you have an accounts qualification (AAT) and experience using Sage 200 this will increase your chances, however neither of these are essential.

This role will be ideally starting towards the end of August and interview over the next 2 weeks.
