Senior Service Manager - Bedford / Northampton
My Client is a national company that provide supported living and residential care for people with learning disabilities. acquired brain injury and other complex needs. They are seeking an experienced Senior service Manager to oversee their services in the Bedford and Northampton areas. The services provide supported living and outreach services. This role will be based in the Bedford office with travel as required within the services.
The post holder will need to be confident, a natural leader and communicator and an excellent Project Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the Regional Director and Area Manager in transforming the services.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the services including two local offices. You will needs to demonstrate a successful track record in managing a similar service and should have at least 3 years previous management experience overseeing multiple sites. The successful candidate should ideally have RMA. LMCS / QCF5 / NVQ4 or similar managerial qualifications.
Salary up to GBP30,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
You will be required to take part in the on call rota
Due to the role being split across two offices and multiple locations in the community, the successful candidate must be a driver with their own transport and willing to travel as required.
