Project Manager with experience of project managing the implementations of large scale complex software solutions for a software vendor or consultancy is sought by a global solutions provider. Based Surrey, to £65k including car allowance, and good benefits. In this role you will project manage the implementation of complex HR, Payroll and related solutions, SaaS based and interfacing with outsourced service. Clients are large corporations, mainly headquartered in the UK and some with international operations. UK travel to client sites for meetings, and occasional international travel, otherwise mix of office and home base. For this role you will have: - Experience in formal project management of large scale software solutions, like ERP, HCM or others - Skills in formal project management methodologies like Prince 2 and able to adapt to an in house methodology based on this - Substantial experience of managing projects for external clients - Around 10 years PM experience in total - Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels in blue chip corporates, including C level - Strong risk management and change management expertise - Familiarity with managing multiple concurrent projects in a demanding fast paced environment that is challenging and exciting - Any expertise with managing projects with a combination of offshore and onshore resources is a plus - Willingness to attend client sites for meetings, and manage projects remotely where relevant, and be formally office based with ability to work from home In this role you will join a team of around 10 project managers and a large pool of Business Analysts and Consultants, with monthly meetings, plenty of autonomy within a supportive structure. Please contact me with a CV to find out more and arrange a discussion about the role.
