2nd / 3rd line IT Helpdesk Applications Support Analyst: (Customer Support - T-SQL focus) Due to an internal promotion, this well-established software provider seeks an experienced helpdesk support representative to join their busy client support team. Support Analyst - the Role: This interesting position sits at a 3rd line level, supporting the 1st and 2nd line helpdesk teams as a 'back end' data specialist. Using T-SQL you will be re-creating bugs, fixing client's data and acting as a 'bridge' between the IT support team and the Development and QA department. Support Analyst - the Person: Candidates must have at least 1-2 years commercial IT support in a similar customer helpdesk role, providing remote client and escalated support, with: - - Strong TSQL (Transact-SQL) - e.g. developing TSQL scripts to fix database issues - SQL Server experience - Good general Windows support experience (various o/s, from XP to 7 and 10) - MS Office - MS VBA programming language experience would be useful This is a great opportunity to join a professional, well-structured and fast-paced environment where you can develop your technical skills and grow with the company.
