Agile Project Manager - Croydon Keyskills - Agile, SCRUM, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Insurance/Financial Services, Change, Digital My client is an award winning Insurance and Financial Services organisation, and is currently recruiting for an Agile Project Manager to join their team in Croydon. You will be responsible for project managing a very diverse portfolio of projects such as Digital, Broker and general insurance. You will be a key player in each and every project you work on, typically managing the projects from inception, through the full life-cycle to project completion. Typical project values from £500K - £1 million. We are looking for a strong communicator, as you'll be working with a number of key stakeholders and matrix teams. You will be working in a hybrid environment encompassing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. We need a candidate with a strong Agile/SCRUM background (as opposed to someone whom has worked in an Agile environment). For example we are looking for a Project Manager whom has perhaps implemented Agile ways of working, lead Scrums / run stand ups. The role will initially focus on Digital and Broker projects, and diversify afterwards. We are looking for an Agile Project Manager with previous Insurance or Financial services experience. Whilst this is a key role, it is not a Senior position and won't yet carry any team leading responsibilities. There is however a clear career path and progression available, and the role is en-route to lead in to a more Senior role a few years down the line. Some key aspects of the role of Agile Project Manager are: - Strong stakeholder management experience - Sold Agile/SCRUM experience, coupled with Waterfall - ITIL, Prince 2 would be highly advantageous - Insurance / financial services experience - Experience with Business Change, Broker, Digital, General Insurance - Ambitious and passionate about what you do The role carries with it an extremely heavy weight benefits package, including bonus scheme, very generous pension, 30 days holidays BH and much more.
