2nd Line Support Engineer - Redhill - £28,000 Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer Location: Redhill Salary: £25,000 -£28,000 INTERVIEWING NOW - DO NOT MISS OUT A well-established Managed Service Provider based in Redhill is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team ASAP. They need someone who has experience providing second line support, preferably in an MSP environment, to assist with external customer support tickets. Due to the size of this business, they are excellent opportunities for progression internally, coupled with formal training and funded certifications. They can also offer a market leading salary and benefits package. This business is looking for someone with strong IT Support skills to act as an escalation point for first line engineers. This role will be ideal for anyone who enjoys the troubleshooting and problem solving aspects of IT support.
