Job title: Business Development Manager - Partner Channel Sales Sector: Legal & Advisory Sectors Salary: £45k- £65k DOE Un-capped commission Benefits package Location: Home based Position overview; My well known industry client is expanding their Business Development activity through Partner Channels. As such, they are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to support their ambitious strategy to grow the channel strategy into new partner sectors and substantially grow new business revenues in these areas. As the successful candidate, you will be allocated a vertical sector of channel partners to assess and develop. The role is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and new partner recruitment objectives. The position will focus on a specific partner vertical market(s) - Legal and Advisory sectors. Additional vertical channel sectors may be added to the role at a later date. The Channel Manager reports to the Director of Alliance Partner Sales. Job Responsibilities; Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Establish brand new partner relationships Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume in assigned partner channel Proactively assesses, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis. Feedback the above needs to the company's management and ensure partner needs are met Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with the partners' sales resources. Lead solution development and packaging efforts that best address the channel partner needs Establish Regular, Structured meetings with counterparts with partner organisation Where Partner provides business lead which partner does not act as prime contractor, close the opportunity directly for the company The ideal candidate; Previous experience of selling to Legal or Advisory sectors Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales Ideally experience in BPO and/or document management sectors Interviews for this position are taking place next week so if you are interested in being considered please get in touch ASAP Send an up to date CV to /
