Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition / Business Development - Sales and Marketing Executive - Egham - £40-50k ( £80-100k OTE - Uncapped Commission) Spargonet Consulting, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking to recruit two Sales & Marketing Executives from a Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition / Business Development back ground. As an organisation, we are looking to grow substantially in the next couple of years and increasing our new business development function is a key enabler for this growth. We are investing in new service lines to create this growth and are looking for strong business development managers to take this business plan forwards. Our ideal candidate will have an IT recruitment agency / consultancy background, be enthusiastic, positive and highly energetic, with the drive and determination to achieve in a competitive market. You will need resilience and tenacity alongside excellent communication skills and telephone manner. The successful candidates will have a good understanding of IT, be speaking with major blue chip organisations within the UK and have a strong existing client contact base. You will be working within the existing sales team to help drive and develop a pipeline to achieve the company`s objectives for growth. We are looking for individuals with strong existing client relationships whom will see the benefit of taking T&M resourcing services through an IT Services Company over standard agency recruitment. You will be able to offer your existing clients: - Un-Paralleled initial requirement understanding across a broad range of technologies - Fully qualified, known and technically vetted IT Consultants - Continuity of resource guarantees - Guaranteed continuity of daily rates - Option to turn T&M Resourcing into Successful Managed Services if required This is an integral role where you will be at the forefront of the company`s expansion plans and able to show your potential for progression. We are investing in this growth with an achievable and highly rewarding commission plan, which we will divulge at interview.
