Sales Administrator / Sales Support Executive / B2B Sales / Sales Executive / Account Executive / Trainee Account Manager / Business Development / IT Solutions / Entry Level

An ambitious and proactive Sales Administrator with basic knowledge of server and IT terminology is required to join our client, a leading provider of IT solutions, cloud computing and consultancy, based in London. You'll be providing sales admin support such as producing invoices, quotes to customers, orders to suppliers, handle client enquiries and project related administration tasks.

This is an entry level opportunity for an ambitious graduate or technically minded individual seeking fast track career progression into managing accounts or project management.

The Role:

  • Quotes, PO and invoice management
  • Liaising with customers on orders and projects
  • Working together with the Business Development team, Project team and Technical team
  • Identifying process improvements that improve business efficiency and profitability
  • Interacting and relationship building internally with key supply chain contacts and externally with customers

The Candidate:

  • Basic understanding of server and IT terminology
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent numerical and Excel skills
  • Educated to minimum of A-Levels, however those educated to GCSE level with good grades will be considered
  • Proactive 'can-do' attitude
  • Attention to detail

Desirable skills and knowledge:

  • Educated to Degree level in an IT related subject
  • Have experience working for an IT reseller or distributor in a Sales Support role
  • Experience of producing quotes, chasing back orders and sourcing stock, producing invoices

This is an exciting entry level opportunity for an ambitious technically minded individual to develop their career within the IT industry in a role offering progression to Accounts Manager / Projects Co-ordinator.

Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, competitive salary based on experience
