Our client is recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor/Call Centre Advisor to join their team, to maximise customer satisfaction, retain and grow business within the Insurance portfolio.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a call centre environment, building and managing relationships and achieving the sale or renewal of products and policies.
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term position and is based at their head office in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Departmental operating hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hour week. They are able to offer a variety of shift and flexible working patterns to suit candidates.
Our client is looking for candidates with a degree of flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment to ensure the effective running of the operation.
The salary is £20k (£23 - £24k OTE). The NPA offers 25 days annual leave (rising to 28 days after 3 completed years service), pension scheme and a cash plan benefits scheme.
