Tracking the process from order to delivery to ensure that all is happening within the given time frame;
Answering the telephone;
Reception duties;

Dealing with customer queries.

Requirement and Attributes:

Must be confident handling enquiries
Experience using computers and telephones.
Strong customer service and communication skills required.
Good literacy skills.
