At Depaul UK we are currently looking for a Support Worker (Progression Coach) to come and join our team based in Creekside Foyer, London, on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £21,975 per annum including London Weighting plus pension and benefits.

As our Support Worker you will be expected to have a flexible, pro-active and organised approach in dealing with day to day duties with a commitment towards working to improvements and a passion in promoting Depaul values.
You will be based in a 42 bed space Foyer in the Borough of Greenwich. Candidates will manage a case load of up to 10 clients in the 16 to 24 age bracket with medium to low identified support needs. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of current IT packages including Word and Excel and have a good understanding of completing support plans, risk assessments, goal setting and carry out key working sessions.
In particular as our Support Worker you will have:
- Knowledge of risk assessments, support plans and goal setting
- Welfare and benefit knowledge
- Needs led approach in working with individual residents
- Organised and proactive approach
