We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team, assisting with all aspects of Sales Ledger involved within the day to day running of the Finance Dept.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone
- Opening the post
- Ringing customers chasing overdue payments
- Entering payments on to Sage
- Reconciling accounts
- Printing invoices and importing them into Sage
- Running daily sales figures and entering them on an excel spreadsheet
- Emailing information to customers and branches
- Taking payments over the phone
- Answering customer queries
- Month end reporting

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is important
- Confident telephone manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload

This role may become permanent after a 3-month probationary period. Starting Salary: ??13,000 - ??14,000 per annum based on experience. Working hours: 9.00am ??? 5.00pm, Monday ??? Friday - 1 hour for lunch break.
