Studio Administrative Assistant is needed for our client based in Holborn, London. They are in a unique position and recognised as a leading light in the field of wayfinding and placemaking. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work closely with their management team and provide them with invaluable administrative support at an important stage of the company's development and growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn and develop the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage in a busy environment.   • Assisting with the booking of travel arrangements
  • Providing administrative assistance for project managers, sales and communications and finance
  • Assisting the Studio Manager with the day to day running and upkeep of the studios including HR, ICT and resources
  • Scheduling meetings and meeting spaces
  • Following up on requests for information
  • Printing/binding/photocopying
  • Up keeping studio resources
  • Liaising with suppliers of services (IT, Telecoms, infrastructure) as required
  • Responding to and directing incoming enquiries (telephone, email)
  • Welcoming and directing visitors
  • Distributing and managing post

  • Committed to excellence in administration

  • Highly proficient with normal office based ICT tools
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Confidence when dealing with suppliers
  • Able to understand and book complex travel arrangement including finding best value

  • Previous experience within a complex highly pressurised environment
  • Relevant Qualification or (working towards) in business administration or similar
  • Previous experience of responding to and directing incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Able to use and lay out documents and spreadsheets
  • Experience of working in a complex environment and managing competing work loads
  • Experience of managing a large workload and delivering with diligence

Location: Holborn, London

Type: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
