Our client is a highly regarded and reputable firm of Independent Chartered Financial Planners and has been providing expert tax and financial planning since 1898. A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator to join the Adviser Support Post-Sales Team on a full-time basis in their Worthing office in West Sussex.
You will be responsible for providing a detailed and seamless support service.Your key responsibilities will include:
-Administration of all investment business
-Placing investments on platforms and directly with advisers
-Preparing valuation reports and FE analytics
-Adhering to all existing systems and compliance requirements
-Maintaining information and updating client records
Although not necessary, Financial Services industry experience would be preferable but you will need to be very commercially aware. The ability to meet deadlines is imperative along with strong communication skills. You must be able to analyse information quickly and effectively and possess good keyboard skills. MS Office literacy is essential within this role.
