HR Manager (stand-alone) needed for fast growing, multi-award winning, highly sociable tech company based in London EC4.
This is an ideal role for an HR professional with around 3 to 5 years' experience looking to undertake a challenging and dynamic role within an exciting company.
As HR Manager, you will be part of the Management Team, report to the directors and be responsible for managing HR issues (current headcount 35 but growing) plus some minor ad-hoc office management.
As HR Manager you will take full ownership of HR processes and play a critical role in taking the business to the next level. Ensuring legal compliance, you will provide generalist HR, health and safety and legal support. You will manage an external ISO:27001 & ISO:9001 agency and follow their guidance in ensuring the retention of the ISO:27001 & ISO:9001 accreditation statuses.
Acting as the main point of contact for all employee-related issues, you will implement effective training and methods for developing skills within the business.
The London office is largely a multi-national, multi-lingual vibrant and diverse sales & marketing operation. Ideally you will have experience of working with a start up (where it's all hands to the pump approach) rather than a large corporate player.
· CIPD qualification beneficial.
In return for your HR skills you will receive a base salary of £35,000 to £40,000 (dep on exp) + £2,000 bonus + Benefits package.
